Teresa Robinson Manager and SENCO
Teresa has worked within Early Years for 40 years. In addition to working within the setting she has also given workshops on various aspects of the Early Years Environment for local colleges and currently represents the Early Years Sector on a variety of boards within the Local Authority. She holds a Montessori Teaching Diploma (London Montessori Centre) and has 3 children and 2 grandhildren.
Laura Patterson Deputy Manager
Laura has a level 3 qualification in Childcare and joined Pals in 2012 and really enjoys working with the children, their parents and staff at this setting. She has been working in childcare for 16 years caring for children aged 3 months - 7 years in a variety of settings and roles including managing a Day Nursery. She has 3 children of her own.
Nicola Brown Deputy Manager
Nicola gained a level 3 Diploma in Pre-school Practice in 1997 and has held the position of manager in the past. Nicola has 3 children and having taken time out of the workforce to be at home with her youngest child we are pleased to have welcomed her back to the workforce in September 2016.
Janet Holloway Nursery Practitioner
Janet holds a level 3 in Childrens' Care, Learning and Development. She worked within a pre-school setting for 5 years before moving on to work with children with additional needs. We are very happy to have welcomed Janet back to the pre-school workforce. She has one son.
Lara Kelly Nursery Practitioner
Lara has 29 years experience of working with children of varying ages. For the last 8 years she has worked within Early Years and holds a Children and Young People's Workforce level 3 Diploma She has a teenage son.
Linley King Nursery Practitioner
Linley has worked at Pals since September 2009 and previously had experience as a child minder and also as an assistant with the Beavers. She completed her CACHE level 3 Diploma in Pre-School Practice in 2011. She has 5 children of her own and one grandchild
Liz Sykes- Pre-school Assistant
Liz has worked for several years in a voluntary capacity with children and familes and is now thoroughly enjoying working within a pre-school environment. Liz has two daughters both in their twenties.
Lynsey Keay
Whilst being at home with her own children Lynsey has worked as a childminder for a number of years and particularly enjoys the early years. She is therefore very happy to have joined the Pals team where she is expanding her already extensive knowledge of the EYFS.
Sarah Walby - Nursery Practitioner
Sarah holds Early Years Professional Status and has worked with children in a variety of roles since 2006 including being Manager of a Day Nursery. We are very pleased that she joined our team in September 2019. She has two children of her own
Ashley Perrins
Ashley joined the staff team in February 2020 when she was new to the Early Years Workforcewhen she embarked on an introduction to childcare course. She has previously assisted in a local youth group and has one son
